SAN FRANCISCAN SOURDOUGH
Our sourdough is made using a mature starter culture sourced from San Francisco giving a stronger more distinctive flavour. Our dough is handmade in house daily, left to prove for 48 hours and hand stretched to order.
SAN MARZANO TOMATOES
Our tomato sauce is created from the best San Marzano tomatoes we can get our hands on! San Marzanos have a beautiful natural sweetness and great depth of flavour. We then add garlic, fresh basil and a touch of sea salt to create the perfect balance.
CHEESE – the pièce de résistance
We have spent 2020 perfecting our selection of nut based cheeses. All created by us and all created fresh in our kitchens each day. opt for our traditional mozzarella, made with cashew nuts, almond milk and a little nutritional yeast for the ultimate in creamy luxury. Try our smoked mozzarella for a punch of flavour or be adventures and try our delicious soft blue cheese. Our cheeses took a lot of time to make and we put a lot of passion into it – trust us, they’re worth it!

When we say everything is made by hand, in house, we aren’t kidding. All of our ingredients and toppings are authentic, original and handcrafted. From our take on the ‘meat feast’ with house made, rich Tuscan fennel sausage and spicy Calabrian ‘nduja or the wonderfully fresh heritage tomato margherita we promise you’ll want to make your way through our menu!
